Founder & CEO
After 14 years in the aviation industry, Dan founded Insite in 2004. Outdoor advertising was in his blood as his grandfather had founded ‘Maiden Outdoor’, an outdoor advertising operator, back in 1925.
Dan focuses on Insite’s ambitious growth strategy, fundraising, its key customer relationships, and actively enhancing the value of Insite’s existing assets.
Stuart is a Chartered Surveyor who has previously worked at Savills and Tyco as well as his own property consultancy. Stuart spent 10 years acquiring mobile telephone base stations before joining Insite in 2007.
Stuart is responsible for delivering Insite's growth ambitions through leading the acquisitions team and upgrading the existing portfolio to digital.
A qualified accountant with 10 years post qualified experience, Luke began his career with Moore Stephens LLP before embarking on a range of senior finance and commercial roles at WH Smith Plc across both UK and international space. More recently he has worked as Group Financial Controller for HS1 Limited where the business completed two significant refinancing projects.
Luke is responsible for all corporate finance activities of the Group with a specific focus on fundraising and stewardship of the Group's assets.
Director of Operations
Laura’s experience as Finance Director of a 42-bedroom hotel in the Cotswolds, with joint responsibility for the day-to-day operations and a team of 50 employees, was ideal preparation for her joining Insite in 2008.
Along with her team of Property Managers and Planners, Laura is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Insite's growing portfolio.
Khristos worked for JCDecaux for over 7 years managing their advertising estate portfolio and has more recently worked as a business development manager in the commercial sector.
He has a wealth of estate management experience and joined Insite in 2016 to drive forward the company’s acquisitions programme.
Focusing primarily on large format new site development, Dave worked for JCDecaux for over 6 years managing their billboard portfolio across the UK.
He has recently joined Insite in 2017 to drive forward the company’s acquisitions
Richard has worked in residential development for most of his career and has substantial experience in land and property acquisition of all types.
He joined Insite in 2016 to help drive the company’s acquisition programme to grow its existing portfolio of owned sites across the UK.
Jen has previously worked within the outdoor advertising industry, as part of the operations and estate management teams of JCDecaux. Most recently, she has worked as a Project Manager, creating and maintaining luxury brand retail spaces.
Jen has returned to the industry once more, joining Insite to support the company’s acquisition programme.
Senior Property Manager
James worked for JCDecaux for over 8 years managing their advertising estate and property portfolio across the UK.
He joined Insite in 2015 and currently oversees estate management and value add activites across the entire portfolio.
David spent 28 years with commercial property company Grimley & Son (now GVA Grimley). He led a variety of projects including asset managing a portfolio of 600 telecoms masts for six years on behalf of Cable & Wireless and became an equity partner at age 32.
David joined Insite in 2010 in an estate management role.
Gary's been developing and managing advertising hoardings across the UK for 25 years.
He joined Insite in 2015 with a diverse role which focuses on estate management activities across Insite's recently acquired portfolios.
Ben was a planner for 5 years with Turley Associates and then Redrow Homes handling both residential and commercial applications (including some advertising hoardings).
He joined Insite in 2015 to focus on gaining planning consents for new hoardings, to improve planning consents for potential site upgrades and to protect the planning status of the existing portfolio.
Richard previously worked as an Environmental Planner at a large planning consultancy where he was involved with renewable energy projects. Prior to that he coordinated and completed environmental assessments on behalf of Highways England.
He joined Insite in 2016 to support the planning team gaining consents across our existing and pipeline portfolios.
Paul has more than 5 years’ experience in both consultancy and local authority planning in England, Scotland and Ireland.
He joined Insite in 2016 to gain consents for digital upgrades.
Katie's previous career included 10 years within the motor trade in a sales support role and three years in a customer-facing role with Barclays Bank.
Katie joined Insite in 2011 and works alongside the property team maximising income and minimising risk throughout the portfolio, alongside leading the management and development of our company database.
Sarah has 10 years’ experience in Operations and Project Management in a variety of sectors and industries.
She joined Insite in 2017 and supports the day-to-day operations with a particular focus on the commercial contracts and portfolio analysis.
Janine has been managing Finance Teams in FMCG environments for some 30 years, acquiring a wealth of commercial and operational knowledge in the process.
Janine joined Insite in 2016, with the aim of delivering an environment of continuous process improvement to support the company’s growth.
Beverley has 16 years’ experience in finance roles prior to joining Insite in 2014. Most of her career has been within the property sector including her most recent role working for a major Bristol-based commercial property company.
Her role at Insite is to assist the Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial management of the portfolio.
Ali joined Insite in 2017 with 12 years’ experience in a variety of industries. She originally qualified with a law degree but has decided to take a different path and is now studying for her ACCA accountancy qualification.
Ali will be supporting Janine with the routine finance activities.
Emma’s previous role as a conference consultant involved looking after various types of events and supporting clients/suppliers with the organisation.
Emma joined Insite in 2015 overseeing the management of the office and providing company-wide administrative support.
